I’m happy to share with you that eCGlobal has announced a partnership with Remesh to bring AI platform for market research to Latin America. This partnership will provide scalable and fast online focus group-style conversations to financial institutions, TV networks and other consumer brands within the region, enabling authentic conversations with target audiences at a fraction of the cost and time of traditional research methods.

The partnership will allow brands to invite target consumers who are members of eCGlobal’s social network to a conversation on the Remesh platform at the optimal moment, such as 30 minutes after viewing a popular TV show, and engage in an authentic conversation with their  audience. This will help Latin American brands increase the speed to qualitative insights and unlock more iterative, agile and engaging research, while allowing consumers to feel engaged.

eCGlobal’s cloud-based technology unlocks the power of consumer collaboration, combining social media, communities, mobile, gamification, surveys and big data analytics, all-in-one single platform. The Remesh platform allows a conversation leader at the brand to pose open-ended questions to the group, selected from eCGlobal’s 1.6 million consumers. The conversation leader is able to view the group’s individual responses as they are entered in real time. This is done through a combination of  artificial intelligence, machine learning and crowd voting culling the data into one response that accurately represents the opinion of the wider group. This allows brands to cultivate meaningful and authentic conversations with target audiences on a platform that provides the convenience of participant scalability and real-time customer insights.

eCGlobal has completed several successful pilot surveys using Remesh for a major TV network client in the region. Other eCGlobal clients that will leverage Remesh will be consumer brands including other TV networks and financial institutions.
