In an exclusive interview for the ESOMAR congress, that will take place on the 04 to 07th of April in Mexico City, eCGlobal and TV Globo will present insights from the online community case created for soap opera fans.
The “Conversa Globo” community will be presented at ESOMAR congress, in an interview format between Adriana Rocha, eCGlobal CEO & Co-founder, and Ana Frias, TV Globo’s Public Relations Coordinator.
The “Conversa Globo” online community was created with the purpose of analyzing the perceptions, feelings and behavior of television viewers, specially the soap operas fans of the broadcasting company, as well as generating valuable insights about its theater. TV Globo is the largest television station in Brazil and Latin America, also one of the five largest in the world. Globally recognized for its soap operas, which provide a high level of emotional public involvement, known as “noveleiros’’(soap operas fans).
eCGlobal Online Communities is an innovative solution for obtaining consumer insights and developing a relationship with consumers: is a combination of social network and gamification features.
